Services
Most people don't come in asking for a specific type of therapy.
They come in because something in their life hasn't shifted, even when they have tried.
How the work actually happens.
The work we do is focused on what's happening in real time.
This is not just what you think about your life, but how you experience it; how you react, how you relate, what shows up when things feel familiar (or uncomfortable).
That's where the pattern lives. And that's where we begin the shift.
Sessions are offered in-person in Westminster, Colorado, or virtually for anyone living in the state of Colorado.
Most clients start weekly or biweekly.
Some sliding-scale slots are available for those experiencing financial hardship (please inquire).

Individual therapy is a space to slow things down and take a closer look at what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
People come in for a range of reasons: anxiety, overthinking, relationship concerns, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling stuck or disconnected.
Sometimes you can explain what’s going on. Sometimes you can’t.
Either way, we focus less on managing symptoms and more on understanding what’s driving them so that the change isn’t temporary or surface-level.
In relationships, these patterns play out between you.
The same arguments, the same ways of missing each other.
Many couples come in feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in cycles they don’t know how to interrupt, even when they care deeply about each other.
Couples therapy is a space to slow down those moments, understand what’s happening on both sides, and create the conditions for something different to emerge.
I work with couples navigating communication issues, conflict, and recurring relational patterns.

I provide therapy for individuals and couples in Colorado, including support for anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and patterns that feel difficult to change.
