Therapy Approaches

No Single Theory Can Fully Explain the Complexity of Being Human.

Different therapeutic traditions illuminate different parts of our experience. Some help us understand where our patterns came from, while others bring us closer to what is happening in the present moment. And yet still some others help us understand the ways we protect ourselves, relate to others, or make meaning from our lives.

My work is integrative; I draw from different approaches depending on what we're trying to understand and what might actually help you as a unique individual.
